Rieger's Print and Copy is located in the heart of the Wellington CBD on the ground floor of 35 Victoria St. Established in 1948, it was acquired by the Rieger family from the original owner in 1986, and has been operating continuously in the central business district ever since.
We specialise in all aspects of the printing, copying and finishing business including high-speed photocopying, colour laser printing, plan printing, wide format colour printing, digital printing, laminating, scanning and a variety of binding and finishing services.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT TYPE OF FILE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
We prefer a PDF where possible due to the fact that it will print as you see it and we don't have to worry about formatting changes. However, having said that we understand that not everyone has access to the software needed to convert to PDF and therefore we can also print from Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and Excel. We also have Adobe Photoshop so JPG, TIF, PSD, EPS and BMP files are also fine.
HOW CAN I GET MY FILE TO YOU?
You can email it to us at email@example.com or via our online job request page. Alternatively you can bring it in on a USB or a CD. If your file is too large to email then we readily accept downloads via Dropbox or other file transfer websites (feel free to call us for instructions!). If it is a hardcopy job then you can of course bring it down or courier it to us.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We endeavour to do small jobs while you wait but as a general rule most jobs we turn around within one day wherever possible. With larger jobs we work with you to meet your time frame.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit card, eftpos, cash, cheque or with prior agreement we can arrange a one off invoice to be sent out for larger jobs for you to pay via internet banking. We can also do credit card transactions over the phone if you are out of town and want a job done and delivered by us without being in Wellington yourself.
We also offer the option of opening an account for ongoing and frequent business.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE?
No, we generally ask for payment on pick up.
DO YOU OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes, absolutely. We can organise same day delivery within Wellington and overnight delivery to anywhere else in New Zealand.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
We are open Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5pm, however we are open to working on the weekend or after hours for large jobs with prior arrangement.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICELIST?
We don’t have a pricelist available to customers as there are so many different factors involved in working out a price including lower unit prices for larger quantities among other variants, however we are more than happy to provide a quote for any job, large or small.
